We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we’ve made our return process simple and customer-friendly.

📝 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Items must have all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items worn or damaged by the customer

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Underwear or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

🔁 Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help.
Simply contact us at support@dolerssports.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds usually take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • If your return is not approved (item used, damaged, or missing packaging), we will notify you via email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

If we sent an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

❗ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

❓ Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at:
